If your fish have either of the infections and already laying on its side, your hope is very grim because that means they have been in the fish for a while and a lot of them are breaking out from the host causing a lot of tissue damage. You should move fish into a hospital tank quickly(provided that you can maintain a hospital with proper filtration). This action relieve the fish from possible reinfection from a heavily infected tank in the meantime. The cysts that continue to fall out from the fish will now fall on a new open space where you can treat it with medicine or hypo depending on the type infection they have. Note tht even at proper dosage level some resilient strain will survive the initial treatment, therefore, if you are using hypo, I recommend add the 2-3 tanks swapping method at least for the first couple days. It's not easy to maintain 2-3 medicine hospital tanks so if you use medicine follow the instruction according to the manufacturer.
