ahhhhh milk in my tank

so my son throws milk in my tank anyone know if thats terrible and will it kill anything i personally doubt it but any scientist here lol

you should be fine and it will do your reef well :lol2:... if your worried just run some carbon. and how much milk was it?

Well, the milk will give you tank calcium so it can grow up nice and strong....or does that only happen to us?:bigeyes:

in my case it was a tall glass of milk .. and dad didn't notice till morning. It was a Discuss tank , total wipe.

first tank crash at 4 go me ...


How things work out , I hope for the best. I didnt mean to make lite of this , just a strange thing to here. haven't hear about anyone else it in 30 somthing years.

check all your water parameters, check all inhabitants for any signs of stress.....your new Euphillia ( Golden Froggie) are great indicators of water quality..if thats all closed up then there is a problem, but I would run carbon 24/7, watch the skimmer, it may either go flat or overflow...then do a 10% water change...you'll be fine..milk isn't toxic
