Look up ACRYLIC GLASS EXHIBITS in Texas and see if the can do an acrylic euro top that insert in the tank but they have to sell u special silicone to use for acrylic and glass. Tape it below and above leaving on Lyon the thickness of the euro brace like 1/2" and slip It in and clamp it as shown above and you should be fine. Every tank flexes a little yours is about 3/8 not a full 1/2 from the picture you are showing. Top brace with a L Chanel is also good so you protect the edge of the glass cause if you accidentally hit the edge during maintenance the glass can easily break with water pressure

If you want to add a top euro brace pm me. We can order the glass to do it and in 24hrs you can fill it back up and hopefully eliminate the "bow". Im available this weekend.

He can eliminate the bow but not in 24 hours. You have to return it to the original shape slowly. Then brace it. Glass is t like wood, you can't just bend it back into shape quickly. If you try it will crack. Little steps is the way to go.

Either way. To the original poster good luck I hope whatever route you go gives you success.

I agree with dubs, you dont need to panic

if you know the manufacturer or can find a company that makes the same exact measurements buy the brace, if not go buy glass and euro brace it.

Empty the tank half way, use carpenter clamps, wood planks, measure properly and refill, that will hold until you come up with materials to correct the situation.

There's no way in Hell I would do anything but use that tank as a terrarium. Or throw it out. Lol. Sorry man. Even one gallon of water can ruin floors (or worse). I've seen it. There's also electric to worry about, your family, etc. What if that thing bursts and empties all at once when your family is there?

Tanks are relatively cheap. I would NOT mess with a brace or anything home-made, especially if you are asking if the bow is a big deal. It looks like the tank was made with a rim and someone took the rim off. Not a good idea.

Good luck to the OP. Not trying to be harsh, just trying to help out.

Finally, I started the eurobracing on my beloved tank. First re-align the tank side. Taken all the necessary steps & advices.
