the obvious would be where is the mag reading??????
The Cal and Mag work in tandem. If the mag is off just about all others will be too and the coral will not be able to grow or thrive.
Everything in the tank is brown like rocks that have been in a FOWLR setup and there has been high nitrate and po4 for a long time. There is no coralline at all that I can see which indicate a sick tank.
API sucks! Sorry but it does. Try a better test kit. I like Red sea but do your own research or ask around
Last I would say that in order to bring it back you may have to go radical and remove fish and coral, scrub rock and syphon sand, 50% water change, add a reactor with gfo (I like rowaphos). Then you can reintroduce the coral and livestock on a IV drip discarding 2x volume to acclimate.
