Reefer is right, the thing is that we have to take the necessary precautions (e.x gloves, not stock our hands in the tank, most importantly .. knowledge)Remember most pets we have can pose some sort of danger... Turtles :turtle: can give you samonella, cat litter isn't good for pregnant woman to be around, dogs can bite :dog: , etc... but that doesn't stop us from having them, and it shouldn't  !
I just spoke with my mother, The person had died yesterday. it was some kind of polyp, he was cleaning while it was out of the tank..
I dont think thats actually enforcable. They might just end up banning those corals for keeping in captive all together. We should inform our state legislatures and have them pass law forbidding reef keepers from touching their corals.
Jhart reported that he died already, Jim. :sad2:

i think (hope) that post was an attempt at a joke.
I would also have my betts on the idea that this guy must have had an allergic reaction to the toxin
:funnypost. Class of 1990. (Old f@art)Allergic to poison?! Who's not? :dead1:
Most ERs are not prepared or have no training with the various toxins and diseases that can come from our tanks.
