I don't think it's fair to blame potential buyers for misinterpreting the item description. For one, it's listed under:

Home & Garden > Pet Supplies > Fish > Aquariums & Bowls

*not*

Home & Garden > Pictures of Pet Supplies > Pictures of Fish > Pictures of Aquariums & Bowls

Second, I think the guy intentionally writes with the grammar of a retarded 2nd grader so he can pass off any misinterpretation to language difficulties. Or maybe he really *is* a retarded 2nd grader.... Either way, he should be reported to eBay.... (I've already sent them a message about his newest posting... you can always pull the 'wrong category' card).

this was my message to ebay:

i believe this guy is being purposely misleading in the description of his item, and when asked questions about his item by potential buyers.he points out that his setup, "fishtank", is pretty new (only four months old) and that it has "moonlights" neither has any relevance to the real item he's selling, A PICTURE. an expensive one at that, starting bid is $140, buy now is $160. He also points out that he's looking to upgrade (get a bigger tank), a common reason for a normal person to sell a REAL REEF SETUP.some may bid on his auctions believing they are bidding on a real fishtank "reef" setup but in actuality it's just a picture. this guy is looking to con people with this scam, preventing real people from doing real business with good ebayers.

BTW, it seems that the bidder in the original posting item link for the Acan pic, slamajamajama43, retracted his bid, and the auction ended with no buyers! Either he re-read it, wised up, or someone in this fast-spreading revolt knows him and advised him accordingly!
