Official Swap Volunteers Thread

It's coming closer to the swap and as always we're going to need a few helping hands for different shifts setting up, finalizing, and breaking down the swap.

If you're certain you can make it for a certain shift, please post letting me know when you can. If for any reason something comes up and you can't make it for the time, please PM me and let me know so I can be sure we'll have enough people to get everything done.

You don't have to stay for the entire shift, but we would appreciate it greatly if you could. Also if you can't make it for 6PM Saturday evening, please let me know what time you can make it for.

As you all know the swap is going to be at PACE.

Note: Swap clean up with begin at around 4:30PM. Yes that is while the swap is still going on. Most vendors, as well as, the bins we set up are broken down starting around that time. As the time nears and I get an idea of how the swap is going to be laid out, I'll let you guys know exactly what you'll need to do and give everyone a role in the hopes that it will be just that much more organized with 100's of people in the room.

For your organization/planning purposes, as a general rule I would be better utilized for heavy lifting and mindless moving of stuff. I give a solid effort at cleaning up stuff but my wife complains that I am not good at it. Surpisingly I can wash a mean pot, although this has almost 0 relevance to reef keeping...:backtotop
