what cause live rock turn green or brown

sounds like mood rock , it turns green because it is angry/excited and brown when it is content.
seriously though, the brown is prolly diatom. There is both green and brown coraline algae but that doesnt look like whats going on in your situation. Check you levels to make sure your nitrates/phosphates are low or non existant, make sure your calcium and magnesium levels are good, and try adding a pura pad to remove any silicates in the tank that might also be fueling your algae growth. As long as you have an adequate clean up crew and you keep your levels in the acceptable parameters coraline algae will eventually win out over the ugly stuff.

i have phoban reactor and denitreater my nitrate is .5 and phosphate is .8 and no algea bloom serously no algee only very little green on my refugim ihad remove all my bioballs out and replacing with live rock and rubble rock i have red mangrove and micro i add lots of macro with 24/7 100 watts 6500k lt still only phosphate feedng is very litttle within 40 second it is gone
