I've had my 29g Biocube and classic clown fish for about 8 months now....the clownfish has become extremely territorial and prepares to attack at anything that comes into the tank...ie my fingers and net...I recently had a flat worm problem but it was solved with flatworm exit and a mandarin goby that was just introduced....I was so sure that the Goby , being atleast two times the size of the clown, would deter any attacks but I was wrong. I witnessed a couple on the goby with its back turned.
I left the tank for a couple of days and came back to realize the goby's tail is friggin almost completely gone with bones exposed....Futhermore, there is an obvious loss of color (whitening) in the affected area extending towards the front.
Any ideas on what I can do to try to rehab my Mandarin?
Regardless of what happens to the Tank bred Mandarin (my GF's gift to me) Its clear that I have to let this problem $10.00 clown go...I'll be posting it on the for sale forum...
