im getting tired of every day picking my clam up because it got knocked over. i have him laying on a thin, small, flat piece of LR in the sand bed. his foot sticks to it pretty strong... but randomly he will be on his side once a day. i moved that flat rock around a few times in new places in the sand but still, gets knocked over. i actually think its my harliquin basslet. the fish sits next to it all day. is it better to just place him on the sand bed? or shove him down a little into the sand? i always thought they needed something to stick their foot to, but i see alot of people laying them right into the sand, and some in their rock work higher up... personal prefrence? one better then the other or safer?
