Nice setup, really like these lps and softy tanks...the size and color of your colonies are really beautiful. Should build an arch or bridge between the two rock work if you ask me  beautiful setup regardless

That Sohal is going to be a timebomb in that tank (not to mention the other two tangs). When he gets a little bigger he's going to be very aggressive and territorial, it's going to get ugly in that 55(?) soon. I would get the sohal out sooner than later before he starts making trouble for everyone else in the tank including your corals.

Those RBTA look really nice, great color on them.

As far as looks go it looks great the way it is. However, rock provides a home for the bacteria. So depending on your bio load you want enough rock to handle it. The usual standard is a minimum of 1 pound per gallon. So if you think your bio load is below average then you should be able to get by with less rock.

Hey Guys,

Thanks for all the great feed back. And to asnwer some of the questions. The tank is 90 gallons with the overflow box in the middle (hard to see because it's the same as the background). The filtration system a sump/refugium with vertex skimmer. The mandarin is about a 1yr.

And as for the sohal I know they're aggressive, but so far they are getting along great. And I hope it's stays that way because he's my favorite, but thanks for the warrning.

I would suggest re-measuring...there is no way, that sohal is 10" , unless your 90g tank is longer than 48"!

After looking at the pic again I agree. Fish are measured from "nose" to the caudal peduncle (base of the tail). The tail itself doesn't count. From the pic it looks like the sohal is at most 5", not as bad as 10" but still large for a 90.

You guys were right. I never had measured him before and I guess I over estimated. I just tried remeasuring with a piece of paper and he's about 8", but won't stay still. Thank God I don't take measurments for a living or I would be in trouble. LOL
:banghead:

I know what you mean about the xenias. My rbta killed alot of them when it split and it was on the move and since then they are popping up everywhere even on old shells.
