Help! I wake up and 3 of my fish are dead!!

I would test your again with different test kits (salifert/elos for Ca, alk, Mg, NO2, NO3, NH4, pH and photometer/colorimeter for PO4). That many fish in a 125 is just asking for trouble, and there's a slim chance that your nitrates are 0.

no cucumbers...i have a powder blue tang, a chocolate tang,a sailfin tang, a parrot fish, 2 royal grammas, 3 domino damsels, 1 saddle back clowns, 2 tru perc clowns, 2 tomato clowns, a big snail, and 2 snowflake eels, and then just some small hermits and snails

All this plus the fish that died = TOO MANY...TOO FAST!

i been on mr for 2 weeks but that doesnt mean i've had my tank that long, its been up and running for 6 moths with no problems at all, my friend has been doing this for years and i do trust him, i'm more of a fish guy and have no corals in my tank, so u think it might be i have too many fish?

Stray voltage is not going to kill your fish over night. Neither is high nitrates or phosphates. An ammonia or nitrite spike would, as would low dissolved oxygen or a toxic event--cuke nuke or external poisoning. But these would be affecting all your fish not just a few randomly. Your other fish seem normal--not breathing heavily or anything? How is the anemone looking?

Will did you read about the type of conditions the fish can survive before you purchased it?

I have had tank running for 5 months now havent had no fish pass away. Just (2) fish that passed away. First one was cause he couldnt make it when i got him. My second was due cause it was sick and the meds didnt come in time to cure him.

I was pointing out the "0" nitrate reading because that was kind of a red flag for me. With that many fish and the tank that old it didn't seem right so it makes the other readings questionable.

Any pics of the tank and some of the fish might be helpful with figuring this out.

Anemone stinging the fish wouldn't automatically kill them either depending on the size of the fish. I've seen many fish get stung trying to take food from the mouth of an anemone and spazz out for a moment and then recover. Having said that, there are some nasty anemone's that can kill fish quickly. I doubt you have any one of those though. Being you have a Domino Damsel that died kind of rules out the anemone to me since they have been known to host anemones so it shouldn't be stung and killed.

My guess is you have velvet or something else like that, not enough oxygen/flow or something environmental (painting, housework, perfume, etc).

i lost another one, i dont know what it is, i need to test my levels, i just dont have any tests now

yesterday, i added some water just cause my salinity was a little low
