you let phil and jhov put their hands in your tank??

the only thing that worries me is the ballast under the stand. that is a big safety no no.
I'd suggest taking out of the stand ASAP.

lookin really good, i woild also build the rock a little higher around the over flow and open the fron of the tank up from the rock. give's more coral placement and room for fish, but i also know ur trying to hide the closed loop. looks really great though

I wanted to ask you:
I'm just curious because of future plans for a new tank


what type of sand is that?
How deep did you go?
anything you would havwe done different with the sand?

the Sand is a pink fine sand I got from Jim (house of laughter). It was about 1"... 1.5"

If I would have to do it again.. I would use a larger grain of sand. but then again... I have a boat load of flow... over 3000g/hr
