Are we going to get our assignments to help by email or is it more an informal thing? Kris, my wife just had a minor surgery on her toe and I am not sure how she will be moving tomorrow. I will let you know but there is the possibility that it's just me. Just wanted to give you a heads up. It was not a planned thing and I would have let you know sooner but I just found out a couple days ago.

There isn't going to be any direct assignment. People will be directed to help out in different areas as needed, such as helping with putting up table, chairs, filling gift bags and decorating the room to bring in equipment and livestock. A lot will depend on what time each vendor arrive and what help they need to setup, some will need more than others.

Just please try to arrive at the time Kris has you listed, just that will go along way to helping make the swap a sucess.

To my saturday night crew you guys were awesome! Had to be one of the smoothest setup's we've ever had. Hope I can get you guys for the next swap

All you guys that came early and stayed to clean up, it's very much appreciated! You guys make this all possible, without your help we don't have a swap!

I would like also to thanks everyone that help Saturday night, Sunday Morning and stood for the clean up. This was probably the best setup and clean up that we've had yet.

I can say that unlike past frag swaps, where I'm completely worn out from setting up all night and then staying late to break everything down, I actually fell fine. I truly fell that this was a team effort by everyone.


Finally, I want to thank all the vendors for showing up on time, you don't know how much this helps.

I am signing up for the night before, morning of and clean up after for the spring 2010 swap. I will be there with bells and whistles, I had a blast helping out, we need the same crew, Narin, George you better hop on board. It was great meeting everyone.
