there is a game option on there where you play russian roulette and kill yourself as furry creatures. I have no problem with this but i have less of a problem with naughty words. if the reason for not having curses on here is because of kids the powers that be should look into game choices. i don't mind no curses on the forum because let;s face it, there are a lot of people who can't express themselves without the f-bomb... but for chat i think curses should be fair game (since that is half my vocabulary)

Also, if you don't see someone on your buddy list.. they have the option to go Offline so they don't appear on your buddy list

I believe MR is the only reef site with this feature. Actually, I haven't seen this feature on any of the forums I go to, not just for reefs but for anything. Kudos for Josh and whoever helped design this. Amazing.

I think they have to confirm you first, but then they should show up on your list provided that they are online and "available". Users can set their availability directly.

Still having problems. Sometimes a friend will be on your list but not on the coral line, and vice versa.

I am having the same issue w/ the friends..all are checked all say friends but more on the home page for rb than on CL. I'm sure this is being worked on already..as w/ any new technology/addition there is always bugs.

RB would work is only 1 of the 2 people had the 'friends' box checked within their profile.

I only had an issue not being about to chat with one member on CL and that was because I was not 'checked' within his Buddy List profile. As soon as he did that it all worked fine.

People also need to go to the 'settings' for the CL - a little tiny icon down to the right side of the CL box and click on 'I'm available'.

Keep in mind, its possible to see them on your friends list on the home page, but not see them on CL because these are 2 separate settings.

Just a thought, not sure if its possible, but perhaps they should be merged into the same setting?

OK so I have noticed that is someone has sent me a coral line when I have just signed off it seems to go through because when I log in next it shows I have a CL but when you go to see what it says it disappears.
