Does anyone own a pacific Coast chiller, How lound are they compared to the other brands . aqualogic, aquanetics, aquamedic, or what ever brand you own.

the chiller is an Aqualogic 2 years old . it seem's to keep up with the heat it just does not bring the temrature down even with all the halides off.lt's . and as always the warranty just exipred and it starts to act up. LA-Lawman is rigth they now use R134 refrigerant and the conections...

. Have you had your chiller serviced (refrigerant added) if you did did you take it in or do it yourself. if you did it your self please tell me how I suspect mine is low on fluid.

Does anyone in chicago know were to find Southdown sand?

I have read about the T-4 freezing on reef tanks regretfully that was after I purchesed them, I hope they at least last a year. I will also try and return the water back to the tank if the drains can handle the extra water.
