some yummies from the past couple of weeks.
mozzarella with yellow heirloom tomatoes and basil my mom grew with asparagus in a balsamic dressing.
Grilled skirt steak with a cucumber salad. healthy chicken parm. baked cod in a honey, lime, chive sauce over quinoa and grains with a beet salad. Turkey chili. Pasta and summer veggie flat bread pizza. loin of pork with a caramelized onion and prune wine reduction, over potatoes 2 ways. Pineapple curry grilled chicken with fresh mango, pear and pineapple chunks. Raspberry chipotle chicken salad. Chicken Korma with candied carrots and pita bread.
I'm not even gonna read this thread.. My moms food is the best you guys would cry! On normal days I settle on wife's food.. Her's isn't too bad..
But my my is basically a professional cook/baker...

i would kil to not be allergic to shell fish anymore :/ ..
Just eat some shellfish and they will kill you for free.
If it were not for shellfish, I would be in trouble as that is a large part of my diet.
I am looking for clam flavored Cheerios for breakfast. :scratchch
