Niceee Tim. You ever heard of Eddie Bello?Another one without me in it:
I have a question....what is the fastest anyone here has driven..and you should specify street or track.....
My max was 153 on Glen Cove Road in Glen Cove Long Island...it was in a 02 Boxster S, which was at max speed, and speedometer was struggleing to gain any speed after 145...I got to work in 6 minutes that day
I hope that you don't do that again, ESPECIALLY on Glen Cove Road. Even at *80*, you're risking your own life and others, no matter what you were driving at the time. Take it to the track or stay off the roads. 153MPH on local roads?!?! Even I would have called Nassau PD on you!
Your tonality makes it sound like you're gloating. Please say I'm wrong.
You guys should go to a track at those speeds. The fastest I ever went was 130mph on the Verrazano bridge when I was 18 ( Nissan Maxima). Looking back that was definitely one of the more stupid things I've done in my life.
NICE!!!!My turbo
My Maximas do slightly over that before. If you uncap it, it will do even better but no longer safe. As my ex have to drive 2-3 hour a day, I bought them because they have side bars-not many Japanese cars have that at that time.Wow I didnt know Maxima's could go that fast..i have one..maybe i'll try it on the williamsburg or Turnpike
Even though all these cars are great cars and I would like to see them all(drive them all, LOL)but I am expecting to see more about taking photos with the car, in the car and for the car.
Mod, should this car owership thread be moved to nudibar?
I live on a busy street in LI, (one lane each way) and ever since they put up one of those your speed radar signs, it has gotten even worse. I guess it does not help that they put it exactly 1/4 mile from the corner. GENIUSES
