Help identify what my coral is doing. Thanks

I have 2 frags that both have little tentacles coming out that I had not witnessed before.

They have been in my tank about 3 days now. All of my other frags look healthy and opening, but these are displaying a new behavior.

Also, one of them has a bubble slimey thing on the side growing. help identify please.

it is most likely there feeding tentacles.

also on the side it could be a type of sponge.

But no really that's strange it could be budding or it could be sick

My money would be on sick

It's a Human Tissue Boring Sponge, so the coral should be safe.
