Randy, nice pics! about the build quality- "why kill when you can overkill!" my old boss always said!

Russ, plasti-dip wouldn't work to well. it's soft and would scrape off over time. I think the epoxy paint would work well.

A buddy of my is trying out the pick up truck liner coating, here are some pictures on RC

It can get a bit costly to spray a large piece but it should hold up pretty good based on my experience with the stuff on pickup trucks.

Nope! you are wasting the rustoleum.. Primer and then Epoxy paint.

If Pratt has a huge enough oven for the stand you can powdercoat it yourself. Sears.com sells a powdercoater for $200?

Materials were only $135 bought through Pratt, so probably a bit discounted (Rapid Steel). Labor is one of love and frags

Well the tank arrived safely and looks totally awesome, nearly as awesome as the MR ( and Pratt) guys that showed up to move it for me. A great big thank you goes out to Brett, Mike, Chris, Frank, Kasei, Kris and my Pratt guys Matt and Jason, for making this so effortless (on my part. I could not have done this without them. Don't worry, photos were taken and will be uploaded later.

Bad a$$ tank. It was great meeting you guys. Effortless move with all the MR/Pratt Institute help. Double doors, wide hallways and short distance was a benefit as well. Can't wait until set up date.
Man, I knew Kaesi is a big guy, but did you notice how I fit right under him in pic 2? I didn't even know he was behind me.
