Yep. When shut down it's 2 in from the top. The sump is a 110 gallon. I'm no rookie lmao. When the pumps shut down only 8 to 10 gallons comes down

duke, i love the PVC thing you did there for holding the skimmer& reactor.

what did you use to hold the PVC in place ?

Acrylic glue. I made 6 pieces of acrylic and notched a cut out for the pipe and glue it in place. I didn't want to use any eggcrate and wanted something I could remove easily so that is what I came up with

Tony the higher the baffles the more water volume. I calculated everything so I have 25 gallons more water then my old setup
