looks awesome bro a couple of things
Why the big damsels ????? lol
Also if you scrape off all the coraline algae off the sides and back walls it would really bring out the rockwork alot more

sorry, I did not explain it well, there's just one big damsel in the tank. that FTS is 5 shots stiched together in PS, the fish got in three of the five shots.
I've had him for about 7 or 8 years now so I can't give him away, he grew up with me :) for a damsel he's cool, he does not bother any other fish and pretty much stays to himself. I bought him at petland when he was a tiny little thing.

I used to be insane about keeping the coraline off the back glass. I have given up. I've made too many frags trying to keep up with it. now I let it be and my coral is much happier. I agree though, I do like a clean background it makes the coral pop.

more pics!

are you have any trouble w/ shading?

funny you should mention that.

I just noticed the other day that a couple of frags I placed in the shade
had colored up tremendously.

compared to frags from the same colony they have incredible deep rich
colors (rich as in vibrant, not rich as in jackson6745 ;) )

the two examples are a kedd purple nana that was faded, it's now nice and
purple, and a frag of my blur tort colony that rtn'ed. I had 5 pieces left.
they were all a medium purple under the full MH, in the shade one piece has turned a deep sexy purple.

this is indirect light they are in, not shadows. none of the coral is placed in any true dark shadows. I'll track the growth of the coral in less light and see what happens.

nice project, altho I'd have more holes in me than the rock would lol

I had a few tough rocks where that almost happened.
I forgot to mention to be careful using drills around saltwater.
Make sure you wipe them down and clean them well after your done.

I've not seen my tank in three weeks Pedro.
I hear it's doing well though :) Hermans been taking care
of it while I'm away.
If I have time I'll take some pics this weekend when I get home.

LMAO, the good thing is that when you get back you will actually notice the growth since you haven't seen them for that long. Till the weekend!
