I am almost done with my seahorse and pipefish haven and wanted to post some pics. All I have left to do is get a female Mandaran, two threadfins, chiller and hook up the hang on fuge.

Enjoy the pics!

Very cool setup  Pipefish are the coolest
What lighting do you use?

Thanks Manny!

I am using a Aquaspacelight 2 * 150W MH and 2 * 54w T5) that has been modified. The original came with two 24w compact fluorescents that were only in the middle of the 48" fixture. I rewired all of the internal ballasts, compacitors and ignitors to make room for the two 54w T5s that I took from a used T5 fixture.

It was a lot of work but well worth it.

So, what other fish do you have in with the seahorses and pipefish? It looks like you've got a couple of percs, a flasher wrasse, and is that purple one some kind of pseudochromis? Or a black cap basselet? And they aren't too aggressive to feed with the seahorse?

The people cry out for answers! :)
