i'm sorry to say i'm more impressed by the stand and hood build than the tank. i would love to build something like that one day.

it's a great looking tank. you have all the prefect gadgets.

updated pic:took out about 1/2 the rock,removed closed loop ,removed turbelle,sold off about 1/2 the corals ,added vortec i drilled all rock and stacked up on a 3/4" pipe.

when you fins one with a good par rating let me know, because i too am running the same lights as you and am looking for some 10k. I heard that the XM 10k packed a punch but i didnt do much research into it.

mike if you do as we talked about u wont be able to see threw ur tank cause it will be over run by sps corals :lol2:...

WOW! Great job all the way through, it's inspiring. I love the planning of the wall canopy, even the doors. Nice job, way to do more with a reef than is normally done.

thanks, for all the compliments i did changeout the bulb to a blv10k. i put some layers of screen on due to this bulb being alot brighter i will let you know how it turns out. thanks again mike
