Great job on the tank. It's always nice to see a fellow hobbyist remain patient and see their vision through all of the little bumps in the road. I hope you have continued success and keep the system up for years to come.

They are nano-tuner par 38s ( they are out of business now). Multi color blue/coolwhite/white. I believe they are from sunpaq.

Thanks for the compliments. The Tanks look amazing and the growth has been incredible. I should have this system for years! I still love it.

Can't wait to add more

How did I beat the algae? I'm not really sure what actually did. Probably a combination of Gfo,carbon, increased water changes, decreased feedings. Rinsed frozen food etc...

The lights are par38s, they are LED and have multiple colors. No heat and good coloration around 18k look (they claim 20k which is actually a little to blue )

What brand bulbs? It's hard to see from your signature pic but how are they mounted? I was thinking of doing something similar and using track lighting, but I have about 4 feet from the ceiling to where I need the lights to be above the tank...

The company went under. They are great bulbs. Been running 2 of them for 2 1/2 years and still bright. The other 2 are newer. They are from nano tuners.

If I was going to buy again I would go with a ledtric (spelling?) full spectrum. They have a few more colors and produce great color and shimmer.
