hmm...not sure I agree. My connection is 65Mbps down and I'm still waiting 20+ seconds just for the reply window to show up.

The site seems particularly slow when first loading. Say 7 times of out 10 it responded very slowly at the initial loading. Then once the home page is loaded, the rest is pretty fast. Is there cache flushing or something?
Then there seems to be a lot more Shock Wave crashes than before-not sure is that an issue of MR or my Chrome Browser or even my connections(sometimes it will restart by itself).

Regardless, you should check if there was some database replication/backup/whatever going on before about 1:15 this afternoon. Site was unusable for about 3-4 hours.
