Its a good thing my chiller got here the other day. Since hooked up been running at a steady 81. And just in time with this Heat wave we are going to get.



Heater is set at 78 so i know there isnt much of a fluctuation with that tank.

Looking at 90's this weekend.......better instal the chillers or get a couple of fans ! Getting a chiller for my Nano tomorrow......my 70g has a chiller set to 79.....it varies only 1 degree.

excuse my language here but it is dam hot out already and today isn't even the hotter of the three days ... Monday is suppose to be well over 100 with the heat index ...

So far tank was at 79.9 with a ceiling fan running and small fan pointed at the tank directly ... but the worst is even just running the actnics the tank still stays hot thats when you know its hot out ... :irked:

Never went above 80 today. I use 2 blizzard fans. one over the sump and one over the top, controlled by a ranco dual stage controller.

Gotta Love central Air, both my 90g and 150g tanks haven't hit over 80 so far

My tank without a chiller hit almost 90 today. Some softies and fish, so far so good. If that happened to my larger stony tank (with the chiller) probably would have had a huge crash.
