I ordered a bunch of light bulbs from aquacave last friday. I paid for premium shipping and everything I ordered was in stock (atleast according to their website). On monday I called because I never recieved tracking information and was told it was being sent out that day and I would have it by Thursday. So today when it didnt come I called and they told me the ati bulbs were out of stock and offered to replace them with geisseman bulbs for two dollars more each. I told him i wasnt interested at which point he put me on hold and then came back and said the stuff is in stock and Ill have it next Monday.
I am really dissapointed in the service I have gotten up to this point, does anyone else have any experience with this site? I would hate to have to go through canceling my order and waiting for a refund to reorder the bulbs from somewhere else.
