Just for clarity, Race, are you accusing STR of lying, or his customer? Stating that he's "wrong" is pretty strong without solid information to back it up.
How is it the thread is no longer useful? You got your last plug in for your guarantee... so another customer "didn't make the purchase". Free frags all around

Just wait for the UPS man and call to make your complaint. Have buyer's remorse a week or so down the road? One phone call cancels it all... like it never even happened. Wonder what would happen if a disproportionate amount of people all decided to do that at once? 8O
For me, if my customer was dissatisfied I'd want to speak with them about it and find out *why* they were dissatisfied and if it was something my company or I was doing wrong, I'd be working to correct it. If it was something the customer was doing wrong, I'd want to work with them to correct it - thus *real* customer satisfaction is achieved. After all, repeat business is the cornerstone of my business.
No need to take your toys out of the sandbox and go home, Race - how about addressing some of the other questions that are dangling in this thread?
Respectfully - if you're willing to come into this forum and tout the virtues of your guarantee, quality of livestock, etc., it's only reasonable that you address the questions respectfully posed here.
