Thanks nuts definitely. I'm waiting for the seam to dry on my sump that hopefully repairs it and then I'll put everything back online. This skimmer is a monster though 27 pounds the box weighed for shipping!

Makes my asm g2 look like a baby.

If anyone wants to recommend fish for a 180g REEF Heavily LPS dominated tank I'm open for suggestions.

I currently have a powder blue, hippo, 2 clowns, and BSJ in QT ready to go.

Try to keep the number fish down to a minimum. I know you're exccited, but concentrate more on the corals.

I'm only trying to save you from something that happens to most of us. We buy tons of fish and then later we're trying to get them out. Plus you said you're going mostly lps and lps corals need to be fed. So then you have to feed fish and corals = more waste. But please you do whatever makes you happy, it was only a recommendation.

Once I get my sump back online I will be yes!

I have a phosban 150 and media just need to get the sump going.

I plan on ordering the nextreef reactor or a BRS dual chamber reactor as I'd prefer to have it outside the sump.

It's a good idea to run phosphate remover while cycling the tank. It will prevent phosphates from being imbedded in your liverock.

I tried to seal it again. Going to add some water tonight and see if it holds. If not I'll be going to get a new sump.

Heaters are the new coral duh

I was able to fix my sump, I think!

Will check it tomorrow and let water sit overnight in it to see if it leaks at all

Sump is functioning, I need to get a new bulb for my fuge light.

Notes:
- Lost my Hippo tang
- have 2 clowns & powder blue now, all 3 seem to be doing well
- NASTY NASTY NASTY ALGAE BLOOM ON ROCKS, getting brown algae all over everything
- NEED A CUC ASAP!
- Skimmer I am having problems tuning, I think I need to raise it more.
- ATO/RO Storage container is finished, need to plumb up the saltwater container for water changes
- Got a new pump from Olivier I will be switching the mag 12 for a mag 18
- Lost the lid to my phosban 150 reactor so need a new phosban reactor :/

I think that is it for now.
