Well good luck and if you need help feel free to let me know.
The answer to all ur questions is yes, i will have a bed of sand, the ocean motions will have a 45 degree angle, 2 and 1/2 inches above the sand bed behind the rocks. there will be one tee with two locklines, 3/4 inch from each hole. each lockline containing a 3 inch nozzle, hopefully i will not get sand in the oceanmotion, the reason i went with 2 seperate systems was due to maintenance, one will always be running while the other is maintained, hopefully this will work no one said it would be easy.

here are acouple of pics. from the sump that paul built, he did a very nice job, i highly recommend him, he really didnt like the job that miracle aquariums did, im not to happy with it either, but lets see if it hold water, for the money spent you expect perfection. here are a couple of pics. showing the imperections i hope you make them out, the first shows air bubbles in the silicon, the second is the eurobrace isnt level due to the right panel being cut on an angle, they made up the angled cut with silicon.

Pierce, in his bottom pic the silicone looks like it's gouged out by about 1/8". Tough to see in the pic. But I've seen it in person.

The pic above that one is the overflow. You can see how uneven the 'fingers' are cut.

The third pic up from the bottom, you have to look at the left wall of glass. Where the euro brace meets the vertical wall it is not even. The vertical wall varies in height and the difference is made up with the silicone.

Will it hold water? I think it will. Could the workmanship have been better? Yes, I think it could have. For the $$$ spent, I would expect perfection, just like Frank said.

Most of these imperfections will be concealed and only known to him. It's going to be a beautiful setup when he's done.

Looking great Frank! Umm..not so long until you post more pics -- right?
If you turn on the lights your little lockline farm will probably grow a little faster :)
